CARY students participated in an amazing youth summit hosted by Austin’s own PBS outlet, KLRU. Teens and advocates discussed what keeps students focused on finishing high school and the challenges they face as they work toward the future. Titled, “Civic Summit – Stop the Drop: Engaging Students in Their Futures,” the program aired December 12, 2016, at 9:00PM on KLRU-TV Austin. We are very proud of our students and youth advisers for being a part of this event and representing both their peers and CARY so well!
