Dear CARY Family,
It’s hard to believe that we’re in the final stretch of 2021 and the holiday season is upon us! So much has happened over the past year, and it’s donors like yourself that have helped CARY have a lasting impact on the schools we serve. This year, we have helped to support the mental health needs of over 1,700 students, and have expanded services into Navarro High School, Paredes Middle School, Decker Middle School, Martin Middle School, and Crockett High School that will allow us to serve 500 additional at-risk youth. CARY was awarded funding from the City of Austin’s Office of Violence Prevention, promoting sustainable programming to ensure social equity and community safety nets for the most vulnerable youth.
This year our goal is to raise $20,000, which will help give our students the support to continue to rebuild both socially and academically. We are grateful to announce that the Loewy Law Firm will be matching your donation up to $5,000. So please join us by giving a one-time tax-deductible donation or become a CARY community member by giving monthly which gives our students the wrap-around services they so desperately deserve.
All of this CARY compassion is possible because of your continued support and investment to spark positive change and a brighter future for our youth. We are so grateful for all of you and together we can make a difference!
Best Wishes,
Shana Fox
Executive Director
